As a local company, we limit our area so that we can provide an excellent service to all our customers, and to ensure that adequate support is available after the visit, should you need it.
Weekdays, evenings and weekends can be arranged subject to appointment availability.
We also offer a collect and return service if the repair can't be completed on-site. We will collect your device from your home or work address, and drop it back to you when it's done.
Please note, we do not have a shop for customers to visit - our technicians are usually out on visits, or working remotely.
Some software issues can be resolved remotely without a visit, as long as your computer starts up normally and you have a good Internet connection. We offer remote support by appointment, just like our visit service.
Some issues, such as Internet connections, emails, networking and printing, can only be resolved with a visit.
